Responsibilities

• Executes the business for a customer or small group with guidance from a more senior manager.
• Coaches for improved performance and develops staff as needed to optimize CFT performance.
• Plans and implements continuous improvement using lean and six-sigma methodologies.
• Monitors performance and reports to site management and may present data to customer.
