You will act as the interface between customers and internal teams, monitor orders, and help ensure on-time delivery while resolving issues impacting schedule. Responsibilities include communicating customer requirements in production meetings, tracking and reporting performance metrics, and supporting the creation of monthly management reports.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field.
• 2–4 years relevant experience.
• Excellent customer contact, negotiation and problem resolution skills.
