With 5–7 years in related roles and a Bachelor's degree, you will mentor staff, manage schedules, and drive continuous improvement using lean methodologies. This role reports to a CFT Manager or Director at the site.

Qualifications

• Leads a Customer Focused team within a site.
• Manages budget, schedules and performance.
• Interacts with customers at operating level.

Responsibilities

• Leads a CFT and coordinates SCM, engineering and quality functions.
• Develops annual plans and interprets policies for the unit.
• Monitors performance with MOR and other metrics.
• Reports on financial performance and forecasts.
• Drives continuous improvement using lean methods.
