Flex North seeks an Operations Program Manager to oversee end-to-end lifecycle for a key manufacturing program. The role emphasizes achieving forecast accuracy, cost control, and on-time delivery while coordinating with production, quality, and engineering teams.

Reporting to the Sr Director, Global Program Management, the candidate will lead cross-functional teams, manage supplier relations, and drive continuous improvement initiatives to maximize customer satisfaction and manufacturing

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
• Experience in manufacturing operations and program management.
• Hands-on experience with production planning and daily execution.
• Proven leadership of cross-functional teams in manufacturing.
• Strong English communication skills (written and verbal).

Responsibilities

• Interface with customers, build relationships, and manage escalations.
• Coordinate procurement, production, and engineering services.
• Supervise production staff on methods and quality checkpoints.
• Lead cross-functional projects from initiation to completion.
• Contribute to timelines and deliverables in planning sessions.
• Participate in lean initiatives and continuous improvement.
• Prepare reports and present updates to stakeholders.
