Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business or a related field.
• CRM certifications (e.g., Salesforce, Braze, HubSpot) or Data Analytics knowledge.
• Courses in Customer Lifecycle, Audience Segmentation, Growth Marketing valued.
• English advanced for collaboration with global teams.
• Proficient in CRM dashboards and A/B testing methodologies.
• Data analysis and generating actionable insights; analytical mindset.

Responsibilities

• Drive CRM updates for ViX across AVOD and SVOD.
• Increase subscribers in both AVOD and SVOD models.
• Develop multichannel marketing strategies using data.
• Develop and test hypotheses to optimize approaches.
• Partner with Product, Data Analysis, Strategy, and Acquisition Marketing.
• Report on performance and insights to leadership.
• Collaborate with VP of CRM for ViX and peers.
• Develop best practices for messaging and channel use.
