WITHIN is seeking a Senior Creative Lead to ideate, design, and craft digital narratives for clients. The role demands a multi-disciplinary creative with a strong digital ad portfolio and several years of experience in content creation.

The ideal candidate will lead trend-driven content, coordinate across projects, and guide AI-assisted production from concept to delivery, ensuring brand alignment and high-quality outputs.

Competenze

• 5-6 years experience creating and producing paid and organic social content.
• Proficient with Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong design portfolio across static and motion digital ads.
• Experience using generative AI for commercial image/video production and tool familiarity.
• Solid understanding of social media landscape and emerging trends.
• Excellent communication with clients and stakeholders.

Mansioni

• Craft content with intentional design to improve engagement and KPIs.
• Brainstorm, plan, produce, edit, and copy for content within a lean structure.
• Monitor digital trends and adapt brand narratives accordingly.
• Oversee post-production: video edits, imagery, retouching, quality checks.
• Manage multiple projects with tight schedules and iterative feedback.
