Job summary

WITHIN is seeking an AI Creative Specialist to lead hands-on generative image and video production for our client roster. You will shape outputs through prompt engineering, model selection, and internal tooling, ensuring high fidelity visuals and brand consistency.

You will collaborate with Motion Graphics, Video Editors, and Graphic Designers, refine AI workflows, test new models, document best practices, and help scale AI-driven content across campaigns while maintaining commercial viability.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a creative production or AI-focused role; proven experience delivering AI-generated Experience content for commercial use.
• Proficient in multiple AI generation platforms and workflows (Flux, Midjourney, Gemini image models, ComfyUI, etc.).
• Skilled in model training for product or branded imagery.
• Strong design sensibility with ability to align AI outputs to brand styles.
• Demonstrated collaboration and communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Expertly employ AI image and video models and tooling to produce high-fidelity visuals for client campaigns.
• Collaborate with Motion Graphics Designers, Video Editors, and Graphic Designers to embed AI assets into final deliverables.
• Develop and refine processes for prompt architecture, batch workflows, and reusable presets.
• Oversee quality checks on AI outputs for color, composition, and brand alignment across use cases.
• Share learnings through walkthroughs, documentation, and coaching on prompts and workflows.
