Job summary

WITHIN is hiring a Creative Account Manager in Mexico City to run day-to-day for a book of consumer brand clients, ensuring on-time delivery within scope and measurable results.

You will collaborate with creative teams across static, video, and UGC, use AI to speed briefs and feedback, and grow accounts with an Account Director while maintaining strict project management in a fast-paced, in-office environment.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of account management experience with creative teams, agency, or brand side.
• Consumer brand experience (DTC, retail, ecommerce), not B2B or lead gen.
• Experience shipping paid social and digital creative for Meta, TikTok, YouTube.
• Direct client relationship experience, not only support.
• Ability to show how they use AI in their work today.
• Stable job history.
• Based in Mexico City.

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day client communication and the relationship on every account you run.
• Creative rounds end to end: brief, feedback, revisions and delivery across static, video and UGC.
• Each contract's scope, turnaround commitments and overage terms. Flag scope creep early and price the extra work.
• Creative performance: read results with the media team and bring the client the next test.
• Growth: spot new work inside existing accounts and build the case with your Account Director.
• Speed: use AI every day on briefs, feedback rollups, recaps and research.
• Clean project management: every Asana task has an owner and a due date.
