Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive accounting experience, including controller roles.
• Experience delivering accounting services to multiple clients in outsourcing or public accounting.
• Strong command of US GAAP and month-end close responsibilities.
• Excellent written and spoken English for client communication.
• Proficient in Excel and quick to learn new cloud accounting tools.
• Ownership mindset with attention to detail and deadlines.
• Ability to make independent judgments under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Own multiple client engagements, including month-end close and financial reporting.
• Lead client relationships; run meetings and clearly explain results.
• Coach and review accountants; assign and prioritize work across clients.
• Review reconciliations, journal entries, and workpapers before delivery.
• Apply US GAAP to complex transactions for clients.
• Identify process gaps and drive improvements across the portfolio.
• Handle issues proactively and escalate when needed.
