Job summary

Elevate and Delegate seeks a Senior Accountant – Client Accounting & Tax to manage multiple clients' books and tax work from a fully remote setup. You will mentor junior staff, improve processes, and take on leadership responsibilities as the firm grows.

Ideal candidates have 5–7+ years in public or client accounting, with Drake Tax, TaxDome, and QuickBooks Online proficiency, plus strong client service and English communication skills.

Qualifications

• 5–7+ years of public accounting or client accounting experience.
• Experience with Drake Tax and TaxDome is required.
• QBO experience is required; strong bookkeeping fundamentals.
• Experience preparing business and/or individual tax returns.
• Ability to manage multiple clients and deadlines.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong organization.
• Strong written and spoken English; independent work capability.
• Ownership mindset and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day accounting and tax work for multiple clients.
• Mentor junior staff and help improve workflows and quality control.
• Ensure timely, accurate financial statements and tax deliverables.
• Communicate professionally with clients and meet deadlines.
