Capgemini is seeking an Accounting & Financial Reporting Supervisor to join our Corporate Accounting team on a US insurer project. You will lead Group Reporting, prepare IFRS financial reports, support consolidated statements, and coordinate monthly, quarterly, and annual closes.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's in Accounting/Finance, 4+ years in accounting, advanced Excel, SAP S/4HANA and Power BI experience, and fluent English.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
• 4+ years in Accounting, Financial Reporting, or Finance.
• Advanced knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Experience with complex reporting processes and multiple deadlines.
• Strong PM and organizational skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Fluent English (written and verbal).
• Ability to work flexible hours to meet deadlines.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and coordinate Group Reporting activities and financial reporting deliverables.
• Prepare quarterly and annual IFRS financial reports and regulatory reporting requirements.
• Support consolidated financial statements and management reporting.
• Perform detailed financial and variance analysis for leadership.
• Coordinate monthly, quarterly and annual close activities.
• Review reports for discrepancies, risks and process improvements.
