SAP is seeking a Senior Enterprise Cloud Services (EOS) Delivery specialist to safeguard and optimize strategic customers' investments in SAP Enterprise Cloud Services. You will lead end-to-end delivery in a private cloud setting, collaborating with SAP ECS and EOS teams to improve operations and customer outcomes.

The role requires strong SAP NetWeaver, HANA, and Linux skills, plus cloud experience and ITIL know‑how. A Bachelor’s degree and 5–6 years of relevant experience are expected.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering or Information Technologies Management.
• 5–6 years of experience as a Technical SAP NetWeaver Consultant (ABAP/Java Basis).
• Working knowledge of UNIX/Linux, SAP HANA and SAP NetWeaver architecture.
• Familiarity with SAP Cloud offerings and cloud providers (AWS/Azure/GCP).
• Strong customer focus and ability to work with international teams.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure execution of planned changes with activity schedules, KPIs and SLAs.
• Respond quickly to escalations and drive stabilization and standardization.
• Analyze feedback and drive structured, timely improvements.
• Coordinate across units to optimize operations and collaboration.
• Drive continuous improvements and automation in service delivery.
• Document procedures and develop knowledge-based assets (KBAs).
• Support daily operational activities and process enhancements.
