SAP SE in North America seeks a Technical Services Manager (SAP Basis) to lead technical delivery for the ECS North America team. You will own customer landscapes, orchestrate experts, and ensure high-quality service delivery across SAP's cloud stack.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, or Information Management.
• Strong SAP Basis administration experience required.
• Extensive client-facing background in SAP Technical Consulting.
• Proven experience in technical project management for SAP Operations or SAP Implementations.
• Experience with IaaS providers (AWS, Azure, GCP) is advantageous.
• Knowledge of S/4HANA, SAP HANA, and cloud architectures is beneficial.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as Technical Service Manager guiding SAP ECS delivery for customers.
• Own customer landscape and coordinate cross-functional experts for service delivery.
• Lead technical discussions and present SAP private offering details to stakeholders.
• Manage security, compliance, and cloud architecture discussions with clients.
• Coordinate with ECS Delivery teams and Partners to drive roadmaps.
• Conduct monthly technical & operational reviews and define resolution plans.
• Support migration roadmaps with System Integrators and SAP Services.
