SAP SE in Mexico is seeking an Enhanced Operations Service Specialist to safeguard and optimize customers’ SAP Enterprise Cloud Services investments. The role demands a strong SAP tech background across Basis, HANA, and systems management, with a customer-first mindset and collaboration across global teams.

The EOS team focuses on end-to-end delivery, operation models, and continuous improvements within a hybrid work setup (3 days in office per week).

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technologies Management.
• 5 to 6 years of work experience as a Technical SAP NetWeaver Consultant (ABAP and Java Basis Administration).
• Experience with Business Objects and SAP BI tools (BOBI/BODS).
• Experience with SAP NetWeaver, SAP HANA, and SAP Sybase ASE.
• Unix/Linux knowledge is a plus.
• Cloud knowledge in Azure, AWS and GCP is desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure execution of planned changes per activity schedule, tracking, and KPI/SLA targets.
• Respond quickly during escalations; prevent escalations and drive stability initiatives.
• Analyze customer feedback on service requests and drive structured improvements.
• Contribute to procedure and process improvements with relevant teams.
• Coordinate work between teams with strong cross-unit collaboration.
• Lead Continuous Improvement initiatives addressing customer pain points.
• Improve daily operations through process optimization and automation.
• Provide proactive operation services and timely alert reduction for customers.
