SAP is seeking an EOS Technical Expert to join our Monterrey team. You will lead technical preparation for complex customer activities and coordinate with service delivery to safeguard requests and ensure timely delivery.

You will need 10+ years in IT with SAP focus, strong Linux server skills, and experience managing cross‑cultural, global projects. Proficiency in English is essential for collaboration.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant IT field.
• 10+ years of IT experience focused on SAP technologies (Basis).
• At least 8 years in a technical SAP role with Hana/Sybase.
• Strong Linux server administration knowledge.
• Experience with AI tools is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Provide technical preparation for complex critical activities for EOS customers.
• Act as primary technical contact for EOS service delivery planning.
• Collaborate with Product Development for roadmap and bug fixes.
• Manage customer escalations and drive process improvements.
