SAP is seeking an accomplished Senior SAP Technical Consultant within the ECS group to lead technical discussions, orchestrate experts, and ensure high-quality delivery for SAP’s private cloud offering (RISE with SAP). The role focuses on enabling customers on their cloud journey and optimizing operations across the SAP stack.

You will work with ECS, internal delivery teams, and partners to manage complex landscapes, drive architectural decisions, and support security, continuity and integration

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or Information Management.
• High proficiency in the SAP product portfolio and industry solutions.
• Strong technical project management skills and customer-facing experience.
• Ability to translate between technical and non-technical audiences.
• Strong engagement management and de-escalation skills.
• Excellent presentation, communication and moderation skills.
• Good understanding of SAP solutions and their interdependencies.
• Familiarity with cloud providers: AWS, Azure or GCP.
• Willingness to travel to customer sites on short notice.

Responsabilidades

• Primary contact for technology and cloud service delivery discussions.
• Run regular cadence with stakeholders and manage expectations for service delivery.
• Own technical discussions and orchestrate experts from SAP Delivery.
• Understand customer landscape and interdependencies across ECS.
• Support account and TechOps teams to execute the service plan and calendar.
• Coordinate ECS Delivery experts to address customer requirements to resolution.
• Present technical details and engagement model to stakeholders.
• Assist in building customer-specific cloud roadmaps across infrastructure, security, and integration.
• Guide on Business Continuity, Security & Compliance, Networks, etc.
• Assess security and network needs to meet SAP framework.
• Conduct monthly technical & operational reviews and drive resolutions.
• Support migration roadmap with partners and SAP Services.
• Leverage S/4HANA architecture knowledge and related tools.
• Understand SAP cloud solutions and integration with BTP, Ariba, SuccessFactors.
