Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, or Information Technology.
• 10+ years of experience in the IT industry with a focus on SAP technology (Basis).
• Minimum of 8 years in a technical role, with SAP products on SAP Hana/Sybase.
• Advanced technical background in Linux-based server operating systems.
• Experience with AI tools would be an added advantage.
• Project Management skills to efficiently handle customer projects and resolve issues.

Responsabilidades

• Provide technical preparation for complex customer activities and maintain maintenance plans.
• Proactively safeguard service requests for EOS customers.
• Understand customer goals and challenges to propose innovative solutions.
• Serve as the technical planning and preparation contact for EOS landscapes.
• Coordinate with EOS Service Delivery specialists for services using DMM and CSMP.
• Collaborate with Product Development for roadmap, features, and fixes.
• Lead cross-cultural teams and manage customer escalations.
• Communicate effectively in English; operate in a 24/7 global team.
