SAP Monterrey is seeking an IT Technology Associate Consultant within the ECS Delivery Technical Operations team. You will support Linux-based SAP landscapes across SAP DCs, AWS, Azure & GCP, and manage incidents, OS, DB and applications.

You’ll be part of a global team, handle service requests, document configurations, and contribute to high-availability operations while growing your skills in a challenging, enterprise environment. Position based on-site in Monterrey with 3 days in office.

Formación

• BE / BTech / MCA from a reputable institute.
• 3+ years of work experience in Linux administration.
• Experience on DNS, LDAP, Samba, sFTP, Postfix.
• Experience with at least one public cloud provider (Azure, AWS, GCP).

Responsabilidades

• Handling Incidents, Alerts, and Service Requests.
• Delivery and maintenance of complex SAP Landscapes by providing technical expertise and support.
• Planning, setup, implementation, and operation of SAP technologies achieving ambitious SLAs.
• Conceptual design, configuration, and administration of server landscapes with focus on Linux Operating systems.
• Troubleshooting and resolving hardware, OS, App and DB related issues.
• Managing daily operations ensuring high availability.
• Documentation of technical concepts and KBAs for SAP landscapes.
• Coordination with international teams in global projects.
