RED is seeking a Senior L2 Application Support Specialist for a hybrid, full-time 12+ month B2B contract in Mexico City. The role focuses on L2 support for cloud-based applications, with a strong emphasis on proactive reliability and continuous improvement.

You will work with Java, Spring Boot, Kubernetes, MongoDB and Kafka, alongside Azure/AWS/GCP, and you will collaborate with L3 teams to troubleshoot and prevent incidents.

Formación

• L2 application support with cloud experience.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Fluent English written and spoken.
• Experience with Java, Spring Boot, Kubernetes, MongoDB and Kafka.
• Cloud experience on Azure, AWS or GCP preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Provide L2 application support for cloud-based services.
• Troubleshoot incidents and perform root-cause analysis.
• Collaborate with L3 engineering, DevOps and SRE teams.
• Monitor observability tools and improve system reliability.
