Ebury helps ambitious businesses unlock global growth, and we’re seeking a Technical Operations Engineer in Mexico City to join our hybrid team. You’ll support end-users, collaborate with software engineers, and help maintain reliable systems across time zones.

We value ownership, problem solving, and clear communication in English. Nice-to-have: AWS/Google Cloud, Linux, and PostgreSQL knowledge to improve platform resilience and incident response.

Formación

• Experience providing Level 2 (L2) support in a tech-driven business environment.
• Strong technical troubleshooting and root-cause analysis.
• Experience with Python development.
• Willing to work in hybrid Mexico City timezone.
• Excellent written and spoken English.

Responsabilidades

• Troubleshoot applications, services, and infrastructure issues reported by end-users.
• Verify and document issues for accurate tracking and escalation.
• Manage incidents and coordinate with development teams.
• Collaborate with Software Engineering to establish support workflows and monitoring plans.
• Engage with trusted vendors to resolve service events.
• Participate in code reviews and process improvements with software teams.
• Rotate to cover support across multiple time zones and participate in after-hours on-call.
