Unknown IT team is seeking a proactive IT Support Specialist to own the internal technology ecosystem. You will manage user access across cloud platforms, establish secure drive structures, and safeguard data while providing frontline technical support.

Based in Mexico City with a hybrid work model at Antara Polanco, the role emphasizes Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace administration, security best practices, backups, and rapid issue resolution.

Formación

• 3+ years of hands-on IT support, admin, or helpdesk experience.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace.
• Experience managing cloud storage architectures with granular permissions.
• English proficiency at B2+ with strong communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Provision and audit user accounts in Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace.
• Enforce sign-in security, user groups, and onboarding/offboarding workflows.
• Architect and maintain shared drive environments across OneDrive, SharePoint, and Google Drive.
• Configure Windows workstations and ensure integration with network drives.
• Perform regular patching, system updates, and endpoint security.
• Provide frontline support and act as an escalation point for issues.
