Formación

• Strong Java and JavaScript coding with secure coding standards (OWASP/CWE/SEI CERT) and vulnerability awareness.
• Experience building applications using open frameworks to enable reuse and faster development (Spring Boot, Steeltoe, Angular, DXP).
• Proficient in debugging and analyzing core dumps, heap dumps, and thread dumps to identify root causes.
• Capable of documenting and coaching teams on development practices and coding guidelines (branching, reviews, logging, scanning, TDD, error handling).
• Understands design patterns (service-to-worker, MVC, API gateway, dependency injection) to implement efficient code.
• Ability to perform technical reviews across applications to curb anti-patterns and drive refactoring.
• Articulates technical debt and operational issues to guide prioritization with stakeholders.
• Plans for platform/infrastructure capacity and drives dependency prioritization to shorten delivery lead times.
• Aims to simplify deployment and eliminate infra snowflakes via standardized pipelines and automation.
• Orchestrates release workflows and pipelines to enable CI/CD using Jenkins, Bamboo, or cloud pipelines.

• Write code to build and enhance applications/services and promote code reviews, scanning, and best practices.
• Define, design, and develop service-level procedures to meet business requirements with high throughput/low latency.
• Drive prioritization decisions in partnership with product teams.
• Identify opportunities and roadmaps to enhance primary services/functions.
• Automate software delivery and advocate automation to simplify processes.
• Lead blameless postmortems to identify root causes and implement lessons learned.
• Introduce new technologies and architecture following enterprise guidelines.
• Provide development and architecture guidance to team members; build strong internal partnerships.
• Lead by example with hands-on practices to demonstrate engineering excellence.
