Citi Mexico is seeking an Application Support Analyst to deliver reliable L2 support for critical banking and financial applications. You will work independently on most issues while collaborating with development and infrastructure partners to provide lasting solutions.

Join a hybrid team with 3 days in the office and 2 days remote, leveraging Linux, Unix, SQL, Mainframe, and Oracle DB in a complex financial services environment.

Formación

• 3+ years in L2 banking application support.
• Experience with Linux/Unix, SQL, Mainframe, Oracle DB.
• ITIL-based incident and problem management experience.
• Strong written and verbal English communication.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver L2 support for banking apps; resolve incidents with short-term fixes and remediation.
• Manage incident and problem lifecycle with tracking and reporting.
• Act as liaison between business users and tech teams; translate findings clearly.
• Coordinate post-release validation after deployments and infra updates.
• Analyze apps for risks and security issues; recommend remediations.
• Prioritize bug fixes with development; ensure business impact alignment.
• Maintain technical support docs; keep procedures current.
• Participate in disaster recovery and stability initiatives.
