Kellanova in Querétaro is seeking a Senior Cash Management Analyst to drive accuracy in cash processes, lead reconciliations, and strengthen internal controls in a global setting. You will work with Finance, Treasury, Tax, Payroll, and cross-functional teams to deliver cash visibility and participate in automation and transformation programs.

The role emphasizes leadership of the Cash Management team and strives for sustainable, high-quality service delivery.

Formación

• Minimum degree in accounting/finance with strong accounting principles.
• Advanced English proficiency in a global setting.
• Experience in cash management and reconciliations desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Cash Reconciliation Leadership — oversee reconciliations across entities and banking platforms with timeliness and accuracy.
• Financial Controls And Compliance — support period-end close, maintain strong controls, and assist audits with proper documentation.
• Issue Resolution And Risk Management — investigate discrepancies, identify root causes, and drive corrective actions.
• Process Improvement And Transformation — support ERP implementations, system enhancements, and automation projects to reduce manual tasks.
• Team Leadership And Development — lead, coach, and develop the cash management team.

Are you passionate about driving financial accuracy, controls, and operational excellence on a global scale? As a Senior Cash Management Analyst, you’ll play a critical role in ensuring the integrity of cash management processes, leading reconciliation activities, strengthening compliance, and supporting strategic transformation initiatives across a global organization. You’ll work closely with Finance, Treasury, Tax, Payroll, and other cross-functional teams to deliver accurate cash visibility and contribute to continuous process improvements.

In this role located in Querétaro, you’ll combine technical accounting expertise with leadership and problem-solving capabilities to support a strong control environment and high-quality service delivery. You'll have the opportunity to contribute to automation initiatives, process optimization projects, and global transformation programs while helping develop a high-performing team focused on sustainable results and operational excellence.

A Taste Of What You’ll Be Doing

• Cash Reconciliation Leadership — Perform and oversee bank and cash account reconciliations across multiple entities and banking platforms, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with internal controls.
• Financial Controls And Compliance — Support period-end close activities, maintain a strong control environment, and coordinate internal and external audit requirements through accurate documentation and reporting.
• Issue Resolution And Risk Management — Lead investigations into reconciliation discrepancies, identify root causes, manage operational risks, and drive corrective action plans.
• Process Improvement And Transformation — Support automation initiatives, ERP implementations, system enhancements, and global transformation projects that improve efficiency and reduce manual processes.
• Team Leadership And Development — Lead and develop the Cash Management team, providing coaching, feedback, and development opportunities to ensure high-quality performance and continuous growth.

We’re Looking for Someone With

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field with a strong foundation in accounting principles.
• Professional experience in accounting, cash management, bank reconciliations, or related finance operations.
• Experience performing and overseeing cash and bank account reconciliations.
• Knowledge of financial controls, compliance requirements, and audit support processes.
• Experience supporting ERP implementations, upgrades, integrations, or shared service transitions.
• Advanced English proficiency with the ability to operate in a global business environment.
• Experience leading or coordinating finance teams and operational activities.
