Kellanova seeks a Temporary Supply Chain Change Management Lead LATAM to steer change management across LATAM Planning and Logistics transformations from Querétaro. You will partner with regional and global leaders to ensure organizational readiness and long-term value realization in a complex environment.

In this role, you will design deployment plans, drive adoption metrics, and lead capability-building initiatives across multiple functions, including Planning, Logistics, Finance, and Sales.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional qualification.
• Spanish, English, and Portuguese (nice to have) language proficiency.
• 10+ years of Supply Chain leadership experience with end-to-end planning, demand and supply planning, and logistics.
• Proven experience leading large-scale business or supply chain transformation initiatives in complex environments.
• Strong knowledge of S&OP/IBP processes, logistics networks, and organizational change management.
• Experience designing and deploying large-scale capability-building, communication, and training programs.
• Demonstrated project management experience and exposure to digital transformation initiatives and planning technologies.

• Lead Regional Change Strategy — Design and execute the end-to-end change management approach for major Planning and Logistics transformation programs across LATAM.
• Drive Organizational Readiness — Assess change impacts, support future organization design, and prepare teams to successfully adopt new processes, operating models, and technologies.
• Strengthen Stakeholder Engagement — Develop communication and engagement plans that align leadership teams, build commitment, and create momentum throughout the transformation journey.
• Build Capability Across The Organization — Lead training and learning strategies to equip teams with the knowledge and skills required for future-state planning and logistics operations.
• Monitor Adoption And Business Readiness — Establish readiness assessments, adoption metrics, and feedback mechanisms to support successful deployment and stabilization efforts.

Join Kellanova at a pivotal moment of transformation as we reshape how planning and logistics operate across LATAM. As a Temporary Supply Chain Change Management Lead LATAM you’ll lead the change management strategy and execution for two of the region’s most significant Supply Chain transformation programs, helping drive the successful adoption of new operating models, processes, and digital capabilities across the business. The position partners closely with regional and global leaders to ensure organizational readiness, business continuity, and long-term value realization. Working across Planning, Logistics, Supply Chain, Finance, Sales, and People & Organization teams, you will influence a broad network of stakeholders and help connect strategy with execution. This position is located in Querétaro and is temporary.

We’re Looking for Someone With

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional qualification.
• Spanish, English, and Portuguese(nice to have) language proficiency.
• 10+ years of Supply Chain leadership experience with strong expertise in end-to-end planning, demand and supply planning, and logistics.
• Proven experience leading large-scale business or supply chain transformation initiatives in complex environments.
• Strong knowledge of S &OP/IBP processes, logistics networks, and organizational change management.
• Experience designing and deploying large-scale capability-building, communication, and training programs.
• Demonstrated project management experience and exposure to digital transformation initiatives and planning technologies.
