Kellanova is seeking a Finance Business Analyst based in Querétaro, Mexico, to bridge Finance users and SAP/IT teams. You will translate business requirements into functional SAP solutions, drive process improvements, and support Finance transformation initiatives across LATAM.

The role focuses on SAP FI processes and collaboration with stakeholders to maximize value from SAP Finance implementations. This is a two-year transition role based in Querétaro.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Systems Engineering, Business Administration, Finance, Accounting or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in SAP Finance, Business Analysis, Financial Systems, Finance Transformation, or related roles.
• Strong knowledge of SAP FI and Finance processes including AP, AR, Banking, payments and reconciliations.

Responsabilidades

• Act as the primary liaison between Finance stakeholders, SAP/IT teams, and external partners to gather and translate business needs into functional solutions.
• Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for SAP Finance improvements that increase efficiency and controls.
• Support planning, prioritization, and delivery of Finance technology projects with cross-functional teams.
• Develop functional specs, process flows, and acceptance criteria for SAP Finance enhancements and integrations.
• Coordinate with Finance users, SAP consultants, developers, and cross-functional teams to ensure project success.

Are you passionate about finance technology and business transformation? Join Mars Snacking as a Finance Business Analyst. You’ll play a critical role as the functional bridge between Finance business users and SAP/IT teams, translating business requirements into effective solutions that drive operational excellence and continuous improvement across Finance processes in Latin America.

In this role, you will support Finance transformation initiatives, system enhancements, and project delivery while collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to optimize business processes and maximize the value of SAP Finance solutions. This role is based in Querétaro, Mexico. This is a transitional role with an initial two-year term, with the possibility of extension or internal career opportunities.

A Taste Of What You’ll Be Doing

• Business Partnership & Requirements Analysis: Act as the primary liaison between Finance stakeholders, SAP/IT teams, and external partners, gathering and translating business needs into functional solutions.
• SAP Finance Process Optimization: Analyze business processes, identify improvement opportunities, and recommend system enhancements that increase efficiency, controls, and automation.
• Project & Enhancement Delivery: Support the planning, prioritization, and execution of Finance technology projects, ensuring effective coordination of timelines, dependencies, risks, and stakeholder communication.
• Functional Solution Design: Develop functional specifications, process flows, business rules, and acceptance criteria to support SAP Finance enhancements and integrations.
• Stakeholder & Team Coordination: Collaborate with Finance users, SAP consultants, developers, and cross-functional teams to drive accountability, issue resolution, and successful project outcomes.

We’re Looking for Someone With

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Systems Engineering, Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in SAP Finance, Business Analysis, Financial Systems, Finance Transformation, or related functional roles.
• Strong knowledge of SAP FI and Finance business processes, including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Banking Operations, payment processes, and reconciliations.
• Proven experience gathering and analyzing business requirements and translating them into functional solutions.
• Experience collaborating with Finance users, IT teams, SAP consultants, developers, and other key stakeholders.
• Fully bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Preferred: Experience with SAP S/4HANA, ECC Finance, Agile/Scrum methodologies, project management practices, and electronic payment processes.
