Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in program management, BPM, or operations consulting.
• Strong BPM expertise and process re-engineering skills.
• Experience leading large-scale transformation programs and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise-wide process transformation and optimization workstreams.
• Define and execute program roadmaps and improvement initiatives.
• Design future-state processes and end-to-end re-engineering.
• Establish KPIs and metrics to measure outcomes.
• Partner with business and technology teams to implement solutions.
• Drive change management and stakeholder engagement.
• Manage risks, dependencies, governance, and exec communications.
• Foster continuous improvement and data-driven decision making.
