Sr. Process Analyst at Aon plc in Mexico City, in a hybrid role blending BPM and Lean Six Sigma practices to improve how global teams work. You will transform complex processes into clear visual flows and maintain rigorous process documentation for scalable improvement.

You will collaborate with stakeholders to capture requirements, design future-state maps, and use metrics to drive impact while supporting governance and continuous improvement initiatives.

Formación

• At least 4+ years in Quality Control, Quality Assurance, Process Analysis or similar roles.
• Strong experience documenting and mapping business processes using Microsoft Visio.
• Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt (minimum); Green Belt is a strong plus.
• Analytical, planning and problem-solving skills; able to work independently and in a team.

Responsabilidades

• Capture current-state process information, requirements and pain points through structured interviews and workshops.
• Design, document and visualize processes using BPMN 2.0 and Visio or equivalent BPM tools.
• Facilitate process review sessions to validate flows, identify gaps and incorporate feedback.
• Document processes during transitions or migrations with version-controlled accuracy.
• Collaborate with Lean Six Sigma Black Belts to define optimized future-state maps and quick wins.
• Interpret process performance metrics and support improvement initiatives.
