Accenture México is seeking a Core Banking Delivery Lead to steer large-scale banking transformation initiatives, leveraging deep industry expertise to deliver technology solutions and align business objectives with technology strategy.

You will lead cross-functional teams, manage complex delivery programs in financial services, and engage with senior stakeholders to drive value for clients across Mexico.

Formación

• 8+ years in banking technology, delivery management, or related consulting roles.
• Experience leading complex delivery programs within the financial services industry.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the delivery of Core Banking transformation programs and technology initiatives.
• Define and implement solutions that align with business goals and operational needs.
• Analyze existing processes and identify opportunities for optimization and modernization.
• Provide strategic and technical guidance to stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
• Collaborate with business, technology, and leadership teams to ensure successful outcomes.
• Manage delivery risks, dependencies, timelines, and stakeholder expectations.
• Drive continuous improvement, operational excellence, and business value realization.
• Support organizational change initiatives associated with technology transformations.
