The BPM/Business Process Manager (Lead 1 / Lead 2) will lead enterprise-wide process transformation and operational improvement initiatives. The role focuses on driving end-to-end business transformation, process optimization, stakeholder alignment, and delivery of strategic programs within Asset Management and Financial Services environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead multiple process transformation and optimization workstreams.
• Define and execute program strategies, roadmaps, and improvement initiatives.
• Design future-state processes and drive end-to-end process re-engineering.
• Establish KPIs and metrics to measure program effectiveness and business outcomes.
• Partner with business and technology teams to implement process and technology solutions.
• Drive change management, stakeholder engagement, and adoption activities.
• Manage risks, dependencies, governance, and executive communications.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Program Management, Process Transformation, BPM, or Operations Consulting.
• Strong expertise in Business Process Management (BPM), process re-engineering, and continuous improvement.
• Experience leading large-scale transformation programs and cross-functional teams.
• Proven ability to drive business process optimization using KPIs and metrics.
• Experience gathering and prioritizing business requirements and user stories.
• Knowledge of Agile delivery and Change Management methodologies.
• Strong stakeholder management, leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
