Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) seeks an experienced Business Program Manager to drive enterprise transformation, technology delivery, and operational excellence within a global financial services environment.

The role will lead initiatives across Enterprise Change Office and Investment Operations, partnering with business leaders, technology teams, and delivery partners to deliver outcomes aligned with Capital’s priorities.

Qualifications

• Strong experience as a Business Program Manager or Consultant leading cross-functional initiatives (not limited to IT delivery).
• Solid understanding of Asset Management, Capital Markets, or Financial Services operating models.
• Proven ability to translate business objectives into executable plans and drive results.
• Experience in stakeholder management, executive communication, and change management.
• Familiarity with technology-enabled transformation initiatives without hands-on coding.

Responsibilities

• Provide Program management services for business oriented initiatives, ensuring alignment with technology and operational enablement needs across ECO and IO.
• Lead medium sized Programs and contribute to larger, global programs, supporting delivery across multiple business and technology workstreams.
• Own status reporting, risk and issue management, dependency tracking, and timely escalations to ensure delivery transparency and control.
• Drive execution using Capital approved delivery methodologies, governance practices, and tools, with a strong focus on business outcomes.
• Support change management activities, including stakeholder alignment, communication planning, and adoption readiness.
• Coordinate and manage stakeholders across business, investment, technology, and delivery teams to ensure alignment, decision making, and progress.
