is seeking a Professional Services Bookings Analyst to help ensure the accuracy and integrity of our services bookings. You will review Statements of Work (SOWs) and order forms, maintain opportunity hygiene in Salesforce, and support deal processing and essential reporting in a fast-paced sales environment. Formación

• 2–4 years of experience in a sales operations, financial analysis, or professional services operations role.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
• High proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., XLOOKUP / VLOOKUP, pivot tables, complex formulas).
• Experience working with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce.
• Strong analytical skills with an exceptional eye for detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain Salesforce data integrity for services opportunities, align with SOW/order form, flag discrepancies for resolution; process closed opportunities and ensure CRM reflects signed documents; support deal approvals and governance workflows.
• Process change orders with Delivery team: create opportunity, assist with approvals, generate order forms, update systems; coordinate with PS Back Office to streamline project creation; serve as bookings contact for Delivery.
• Assemble regular reporting packages for services bookings, pipeline, and KPIs; conduct ad-hoc analysis for Professional Services leadership; assist forecasting and pipeline visibility.
