Coupa Software Inc. in Mexico City is seeking a detail-oriented Order Management Analyst to join the global Operations team.

You will review, update, and analyze closed/won Salesforce opportunities, ensuring accurate field updates within 24 hours and proper contract documentation. You will support provisioning, entitlement analysis, and revenue planning in collaboration with Revenue and FP&A, CVM, and Sales teams.

Formación

• 4+ years experience in business operations or financial analysis.
• Demonstrated analytical and quantitative skills.
• Proficient in Salesforce and Excel with strong data management abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Drive order form execution and CPQ data management for Americas deals.
• Audit and attach revenue documentation for closed/won Salesforce opportunities.
• Support customer provisioning to ensure correct product delivery.
• Analyze acquisition/integrations for provisioning and entitlement tracking.
• Collaborate with Revenue, FP&A, CVM, and Sales teams on improvements.
• Maintain accurate contract and subscription records across accounts.
