BMC Software in Mexico is seeking a Sales Order Specialist to support the sales organization in preparing and validating license and support deals. You will manage quote guidance, generate contractual agreements, and activate orders for booking while coordinating with the Order Services team.

You will engage with sales and the BMC ecosystem to facilitate closing deals, ensure compliance with SOX and Revenue Recognition policies, and provide timely, accurate order processing in a hybrid work

Formación

• High School Diploma or equivalent; 1–4 years in a similar role.
• Knowledge of revenue recognition requirements.
• Experience with back-office applications used by Order Services.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsabilidades

• Provide guidance and support to sales on quote preparation and approvals.
• Prepare and generate contractual agreements for license lines.
• Process, review, validate and activate orders for booking.
• Ensure orders are compliant with policies and deadlines.
• Maintain knowledge of Revenue Recognition policies and SOX controls.
• Act as the primary point of contact for sales and ecosystem.
• Resolve order information, invoices, and password issues.
