Job summary

You will also mentor junior team members and support sales teams, contributing to demand generation, customer development, and sustainable relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or similar field.
• Strong knowledge of electrical power equipment and high-voltage applications.
• Experience in application engineering or technical sales with customer interaction.
• Excellent communication and cross‑functional collaboration skills.
• Advanced English and Spanish proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop business opportunities through technical leadership and customer engagement.
• Plan and execute technical visits, presentations, and follow‑up activities with customers across segments.
• Support product qualification and homologation with technical presentations, trainings, and demos.
• Lead technical promotional activities to generate demand and support sales teams.
• Collaborate with engineering firms and end‑user teams to propose optimal applications.
• Build strong, long‑term customer relationships and understand evolving needs.
• Provide technical updates, launches, and training to regional sales teams.
