Hithium Energy Storage in Mexico is seeking a Senior Sales Manager to lead strategic sales efforts for the region. You will target utilities, developers, and commercial customers, while shaping the go-to-market plan and driving revenue growth.

This role requires a deep understanding of the Mexican energy storage market, strong leadership and client-facing skills, and the ability to collaborate with the Americas leadership team.

Formación

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or related discipline.
• 7+ years of sales experience in energy sector; 3+ years in senior sales role.
• Strong knowledge of BESS and electrical manufacturing market in Mexico.
• Proficient in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel).
• Professional English skills, both written and spoken.
• Excellent client-facing communication and leadership abilities.
• Willingness to travel nationally within region.

Responsabilidades

• Sales Strategy and Execution: Develop and execute strategic sales plans for the region while meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• Brand Development and Awareness: Collaborate with Marketing to enhance brand presence in Mexico and represent at events.
• Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with regional developers, utilities, and customers; manage contracts including PO, delivery, training.
• Market Intelligence: Monitor the Mexican energy storage landscape and provide market insights to senior leadership.
