Job summary

LONGi Energy Storage is seeking a BESS Project Delivery Manager to lead energy storage projects across Mexico and Latin America. The role combines pre-sales support, contract awareness and end-to-end project delivery, interfacing with customers, EPCs, OEMs and global HQ.

The ideal candidate holds a technical degree in electrical fields, 3+ years in BESS project delivery, and is fluent in Spanish with professional English. Travel to sites in the region will be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Systems, Energy, Industrial Engineering or related field.
• 3+ years of project delivery/management experience in BESS or related industries.
• Strong knowledge of BESS systems: Battery, BMS, PCS, EMS, SCADA and MV systems.
• Understanding of PMP/PMBOK and familiarity with international EPC contracts (FIDIC Silver Book).
• Fluent Spanish and professional English (B2+/C1).
• Willingness to travel in Mexico and Latin America.

Responsibilities

• Support pre-sales and tender activities including RFQ/RFP/SOW review and delivery requirement analysis.
• Coordinate LTSA, commissioning, site supervision, spare parts and service quotations.
• Review and clarify technical and contractual requirements, identifying gaps and risks.
• Lead Sales-to-Delivery handover after contract award and transfer key information.
• Coordinate project execution across engineering, manufacturing, logistics, installation, commissioning, SAT and handover.
• Manage project schedules, risks, issues, actions and milestones; drive corrective actions.
• Coordinate customers, EPCs, OEMs, subcontractors and internal teams to resolve issues.
• Support commissioning, SAT, PAC/FAC, warranty and LTSA activities as required.
• Maintain project documentation, reports, action lists and risk registers.
• Support contract clarification, change management and risk identification.
