Job summary

TrinaStorage LAC is seeking a senior sales professional to lead the Mexico market for large-scale battery energy storage systems. You will develop and execute the sales strategy, build a robust pipeline, and establish relationships with developers, IPPs, utilities and EPCs.

The role requires deep experience in BESS or renewable energy, strong negotiation skills, and willingness to travel within Mexico and internationally as needed.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in sales or business development within renewable energy or energy storage.
• Experience with complex B2B sales and large-scale energy projects.
• Spanish fluency with advanced English; willing to travel domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the sales strategy for Trina Storage in Mexico.
• Identify and convert utility-scale BESS opportunities and build a strong pipeline.
• Develop relationships with developers, IPPs, utilities, EPCs, and partners.
• Lead end-to-end sales process from qualification to proposal and contract.
• Coordinate RFQs/RFPs and prepare commercial proposals with internal teams.
• Lead price negotiations and ensure alignment on scope and risk.
