Formación

• 10+ years of experience in Business Development.
• 10+ years in the energy sector, specifically ESS.
• Excellent communication and networking skills.
• Experience working in a startup or similar environment.
• Global experience and understanding multicultural nuances.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and implement best practices for BESS projects across product lines.
• Act as domain expert on BESS; review financials and approve optimal solutions.
• Develop metrics and targets for continuous improvement in project delivery.
• Establish methods to track construction progress and identify new market opportunities.
• Present status reports to the global team.
• Engage with technology vendors in battery energy storage for procurement, construction, and EPC.
• Negotiate contracts with customers, partners, vendors, and subcontractors to strengthen ESS position.
