HYXI is seeking a Senior BESS Project Sales Manager to drive battery energy storage project development and sales across Mexico. You will own the full sales cycle from lead qualification to contract closure, leveraging established customer networks, and a proven track record of large storage deals.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Electrical Engineering, Energy, Power System or related disciplines.
• 5–10 years of direct project sales / business development experience in BESS, energy storage or grid-tied renewable energy sector.
• Solid existing customer and partner resources within Mexico energy storage / power industry; proven track record of closing large storage or power projects.
• Deep understanding of Mexico power market, CFE rules, interconnection process, permitting and commercial models for utility-scale and C&I BESS.
• Strong commercial negotiation, proposal and tender management capability; able to independently drive large complex project deals.
• Fluent in Spanish and English; frequent business travel across Mexico is required.
• Self-driven, result-oriented, good cross-team coordination and risk awareness for large energy infrastructure projects.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute BESS sales strategy for Mexico market, identify IPPs, utilities, EPCs, industrial end-users and channel partners, convert qualified leads into signed projects.
• Leverage existing customer relationships and industry networks to accelerate project origination, early specification influence and pipeline building.
• Lead end-to-end sales activities: client technical & commercial communication, RFI/RFP response, proposal preparation, pricing, negotiation and contract closure.
• Coordinate internal technical, commercial, finance and supply teams to support bid submission, techno-economic analysis and risk evaluation for storage projects.
• Monitor Mexico energy policy, market rules, competitor dynamics and grid interconnection requirements; feed market intelligence back to headquarters.
• Manage sales pipeline, forecast accurately, maintain regular sales reports and track project milestones.
• Build and maintain long-term strategic relationships with key stakeholders, EPC partners and local industry associations.
