Job summary

LONGi Energy Storage seeks a BESS Fulfillment Representative (FR) to support energy storage projects in Mexico and Latin America. The FR will handle pre-sales activities and post-contract project delivery, acting as a key interface between customers, EPCs, OEMs, local partners and global headquarters.

The role requires BESS knowledge, project management skills, contract awareness and strong stakeholder management.

Qualifications

• Must have 3+ years of project delivery or project management experience in BESS, renewable energy, power, EPC or related industries.
• Experience with RFQs, SOWs, technical specifications and contracts.
• Strong understanding of BESS systems: Battery/BMS, PCS, EMS, SCADA and MV.
• Familiarity with PMP/PMBOK principles and international EPC contracts (e.g., FIDIC Silver Book).
• Fluency in Spanish (native/professional) and English (B2+/C1 or equivalent).
• Willingness to travel to Mexico and Latin America for project sites.

Responsibilities

• Support BESS pre-sales and tender activities, including RFQ/RFP/SOW review, technical clarification and delivery requirement analysis.
• Support LTSA, commissioning, site supervision, spare parts and other service quotations.
• Review and clarify technical and contractual requirements, identifying gaps, interfaces and delivery risks.
• Lead the Sales-to-Delivery project handover after contract award and ensure proper transfer of information.
• Coordinate project execution across engineering, manufacturing, logistics, installation, commissioning, SAT and handover.
• Manage project schedules, risks, issues, action items and milestones, driving corrective actions.
• Coordinate customers, EPCs, OEMs, subcontractors and internal teams to resolve issues and ensure timely closure.
• Support commissioning, SAT, PAC/FAC, warranty and LTSA activities as required.
• Maintain project documentation, reports, action lists and risk registers.
• Support contract clarification, change management and identification of delivery risks.
