Nu México is seeking a software engineer to build large‑scale distributed backend services using Clojure as the main language. You will learn from a strong engineering team and contribute to data pipelines, microservices, and inter-service communication with Kafka.
You’ll work in a hybrid model in Mexico City, collaborating across Product, Design, and partner engineering teams to deliver high‑quality software, with on‑call rotations and a focus on reliability and data quality.
Formación
- 4+ years of experience building digital products.
- Ability to translate requirements into technical design and implementation.
- Strong communication across functional teams and with product partners.
- Experience with backend services and data pipelines.
- Understanding of distributed systems and cloud technologies.
Responsabilidades
- Develop scalable microservices and backend features.
- Collaborate with Product, Design, and partner Engineering teams.
- Write tests, instrument, document, and maintain code.
- Participate in on-call rotations and incident response.
- Contribute to CI/CD and infrastructure as code.
