Nubank in Mexico City is seeking a software engineer with a strong backend focus to help build scalable microservices. You will work primarily with Clojure, learning the language while contributing to data contracts, data quality, and distributed systems at scale.

You will collaborate with Product, Design, and partner Engineering teams, participate in on-call rotations, and help maintain code quality with tests, instrumentation, and documentation. Hybrid work model in Mexico City is offered.

Formación

• 4+ years of experience developing digital products.
• Ability to translate requirements into technical design and implementation.
• Strong communication across functional teams.
• Advanced English proficiency.

Responsabilidades

• Develop horizontally scalable microservices in Clojure and other technologies.
• Collaborate on building microservices and CI/CD pipelines.
• Participate in on-call rotations and incident response.
• Contribute to backend and possibly frontend/mobile work based on business needs.
