DiDi Global Inc. is seeking a Senior Analyst within the Entrega business line to bridge data and business growth. You will be the analytical backbone, combining data analytics, merchant operations, and product strategy to translate insights into actionable plans.

You will partner with the Entrega Delivery Operations team to enhance fulfillment and ensure logistics meet merchant expectations in a high-growth environment.

Formación

• 2+ years of highly analytical experience within a tech platform, management consulting firm, O2O/Logistics startup, or business operations environment.
• Advanced proficiency in SQL and Excel / Google Sheets.
• Startup mindset with ownership and strong task-management in a fast-paced environment.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills; fluent to native in English and Spanish.

Responsabilidades

• Own the daily monitoring of merchant performance, volume growth, and operational health.
• Perform rigorous deep-dive root-cause analyses on data anomalies such as volume drops or SLA breaches.
• Lead structured interviews and feedback sessions with merchants and end-users to gather qualitative insights.
• Synthesize data metrics and qualitative feedback into concrete operation action plans and product capability requests.

Team Overview

As part of DiDi's Entrega business line, B2C is a brand-new, high-potential service offering. We provide last-mile delivery solutions for businesses, fulfilling orders coming directly from their own channels (app, website, or phone).As a Senior Analyst, you will be the analytical backbone of this rapidly scaling business unit. You will bridge the gap between complex data and real-world business growth. This role is a unique hybrid of data analytics, merchant operations, and product strategy—you will not only find the \"why\" behind the numbers but also design the \"how\" to overcome business challenges.

Role Responsibilities

• Data Monitoring & Deep-Dives: Own the daily monitoring of merchant performance, volume growth, and operational health. Perform rigorous, deep-dive root-cause analyses on data anomalies, such as volume drops, or SLA breaches.


• Qualitative Merchant & User Research: Lead structured interviews and feedback sessions with merchants and end-users to gather qualitative insights, ensuring we understand the story behind the data.


• Translating Insights into Action: Synthesize data metrics and qualitative feedback into concrete operational action plans and structured product capability requests to continuously improve the B2C offering.


• Delivery Ops Collaboration: Partner closely with the core Entrega Delivery Operations team to improve fulfillment rates, and ensure our logistics capabilities match our merchants' high expectations.

Role Qualifications

• Experience: 2+ years of highly analytical experience within a tech platform, management consulting firm, O2O/Logistics startup, or business operations environment.


• Data-Driven Acuity: A proven ability to leverage large datasets to derive meaningful, business-driving insights. Must-have: Advanced proficiency in SQL and Excel / Google Sheets


• Startup Mindset: A curious and detail-oriented problem solver who takes full ownership of results. You have stellar task-management skills to navigate multiple moving parts, ensuring no task or follow-up falls through the cracks in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment


• Comunication & Language: Exceptional communication and presentation skills. Fluent to native proficiency in both English and Spanish is required for working effectively within our international and cross-cultural matrix environment
