Job summary

Pavific Corp. is seeking a QuickBooks Online expert to support daily classification, project-level job costing, and A/R follow-up, with ongoing weekly P&L reporting.

You will partner with the Office Manager to synchronize the field-service system with QuickBooks, resolve discrepancies, and provide margin analysis by project for profitability insights. Qualifications

• Documented, rigorous job costing.
• Valid US visa for 2 to 3 trips per year to California.
• English C1 for meetings with leadership.
• Reconciliation and accounting close at execution level.
• Advanced Excel or Google Sheets.
• Preferred: background in construction, services, or project-based businesses.
• Preferred: familiarity with dashboards (Looker Studio, Power BI, Google Sheets).
• Preferred: experience with US-based clients.

Responsibilities

• Classify the previous day's QuickBooks Online transactions and detect inconsistencies.
• Coordinate with the Office Manager to align the field-service system with QuickBooks and resolve discrepancies.
• A/R follow-up: overdue balances and reminders.
• Weekly report for the CEO: P&L, cash position, and margin alerts.
• Margin analysis per project to identify losses or low profitability.
• Operational coordination with the external accountant.
• First deliverable: close the current books and clean up job costing.
