Pavago is seeking an Accounting Specialist to support our finance and operations teams in a fully remote role. You will manage accounts receivable, accounts payable, commissions, and reconciliations, ensuring accurate records and timely reporting.

You will rely on Salesforce for sales data, and use QuickBooks or Bill.com plus Excel/Sheets to maintain precise financials and compensation calculations. Strong English communication is essential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of professional accounting experience (AR/AP) or similar role.
• Strong understanding of basic accounting principles and reconciliations.
• Salesforce experience is mandatory for managing sales data and reports.
• Proficiency in QuickBooks or Bill.com and Excel/Sheets required.

Responsabilités

• Manage accounts receivable: generate invoices, track balances, and follow up on overdue payments.
• Manage accounts payable: process vendor invoices and ensure timely payments.
• Perform daily and monthly financial reconciliations and assist with month-end close.
• Calculate and process sales commissions; verify against sales data and compensation plans.
• Produce financial and operational reports; reconcile data across systems and CRM/ERP tools.
