Genpact in Mexico is seeking a Sr. Associate - S&M - Customer Success to join our fast-moving AI and digital transformation team.

You will handle inbound and outbound calls, collect delinquent payments, and help customers resolve disputes while building strong relationships. You will negotiate payment plans, provide quality service, and collaborate with teams to apply knowledge of tools and processes in collections.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in commerce, economics, or finance (or MBA).
• Fluent English; professional communication skills.
• Experience in customer success or B2B sales environments is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Handle inbound/outbound calls to collect delinquent amounts.
• Negotiate payment plans and resolve disputes with customers.
• Provide quality customer service while expanding knowledge of collections tools.
• Attend inbound calls to assist with disputes, payments, and statements.
