Qualtrics is expanding its Finance Shared Services Center in Mexico and seeks a Senior Specialist, Accounts Receivable. You will collaborate with sales, operations, and accounting to ensure accurate invoicing, timely payments, and robust financial reporting.

This role offers growth in a fast‑growing tech environment and exposure to global processes. As part of the Finance Shared Services Center, you will help strengthen the collections cycle, support forecasting, and contribute to process

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in Accounts Receivable, Collections, or related field.
• Proven ability to influence stakeholders.
• Proven ability to deliver hard savings, build strong provider relations, and drive change.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.

Responsabilités

• Manage a collections portfolio of customer invoices.
• Facilitate a smooth process for our clients to pay for their licenses.
• Manages emails and cases requested by the sales organization and customers.
• Partner with sales representatives who close deals to obtain purchase orders.
• Work with team leads and managers to address process gaps or inefficiencies and drive improvements.
• Collaborate closely with other teams and departments.
