TransUnion is seeking a Senior Software Engineer specializing in AWS/Amazon Connect and Salesforce to design, develop, and implement cloud-based contact center solutions. You will drive integrations using Amazon Connect CCP and work across Salesforce clouds to deliver customer-centric capabilities.

The role requires leadership of technical projects, hands-on development, and mentoring of junior engineers within an agile team.

Formación

Bachelor’s degree in computer science with 8+ years of experience.
Proficiency with Salesforce Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, or Marketing Cloud.
Hands on Salesforce Lightning component LWC, apex programming language, Visualforce page, SOQL & SOSL, unit testing, API integration and secure enterprise integration best practices.
Experience in developing and implementing solutions using Amazon Connect.
AWS development/service experience including Lambda, S3, DynamoDB, API Gateway, Kinesis, Kendra, etc.
Designing and implementing call routing with routing profiles, queues, callbacks, emergency messages, hours of operation, and holiday routing with dynamic messaging.
Experience with AWS CLI and AWS SDK, Infrastructure as Code using Terraform and CloudFormation.
Writing IAM Roles using AWS security best practices.
Experience leading a development team and mentoring junior developers.
