EPAM Systems, Inc. seeks a Lead DevOps Engineer in Mexico to design, automate, deploy, and operate an enterprise Amazon Connect contact center platform using AWS architecture, CI/CD, and Infrastructure as Code. You will lead solutions from concept to production while setting modern engineering standards.

You will coordinate with global teams to deliver scalable, secure, and observable cloud platforms, driving operational excellence and governance across deployments and integrations.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience with Amazon Connect in enterprise environments.
• 5+ years of experience with AWS architecture for serverless and event-driven solutions.
• Proven technical leadership experience owning platform modernization and operational excellence.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the end-to-end design and engineering of an enterprise Amazon Connect platform.
• Architect secure, scalable AWS solutions that support contact center workflows and integrations.
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines that enable reliable, repeatable releases.
• Implement Infrastructure as Code with AWS CloudFormation to automate provisioning and changes.
• Own production readiness practices including deployment governance, versioning, and code reviews.

We are looking for a Lead DevOps Engineer to design, automate, deploy, and operate an enterprise Amazon Connect contact center platform using AWS architecture, CI/CD, and Infrastructure as Code.
